About Sasha Tomak

Sasha grew up playing competitive club volleyball and later transitioned into high-level beach volleyball, where she continues to compete today. Her athletic background sparked a long-standing passion for strength training, injury prevention, and helping others move and perform at their best.

Her mission as a coach is to help clients build confidence, get stronger, and reach their personal goals through smart, intentional training. Sasha specializes in muscle-building programs, nutrition guidance, and creating individualized plans that support long-term progress.
