
Gwen has a passion for wellness that started years ago and ultimately led her to become a personal trainer starting in 2022. She’s worked with clients on injury rehab and recovery, functional performance training, and strength and conditioning coaching for athletes. Helping people improve their strength, energy, and overall health is her goal. She strives to give each client the tools, accountability, and confidence to reach their full potential. She loves being a part of an environment where people feel challenged, supported, and equipped to push past their limits and become stronger every day.
