Open Gym

Open gym is a traditional gym membership with a flexible workout environment where members can come in and use the gym’s equipment and facilities at their convenience, without scheduled classes or training sessions.
Our open gym hours are 5am-10pm Monday-Friday… 6am-8pm Saturday/Sunday, offering you the flexibility to work out when it suits your schedule.
No booking is required! You can simply show up with your access key during open gym hours and make use of the facilities.
Our open gym includes full access to all cardio machines, free weights, resistance machines, and functional training areas. Included in your open gym membership is unlimited access to our cold plunges, infrared sauna and steam sauna.
There’s no time limit! You can stay and work out for as long as you like during open gym hours.
Our gym staff is always on hand to assist you with equipment use, offer guidance, or answer any questions you may have.

Hybrid Gym

Hybrid training offers a cross between personal training and open gym. With your hybrid membership you get open gym access, you will also get monthly assessments from a trainer to go over your progress and goals. With each assessment the trainer will tailor workouts and a program around your needs and schedule. You then get coached through your workouts from a personal trainer in a small group setting.
Hybrid training is entirely customized to your goals and style. Different trainers specialize in a variety of workouts, from strength training and cardio, to HIIT, yoga, mobility routines and more. Our various coaches have backgrounds in Calisthenics, functional movements, crossfit, professional athletes, bodybuilding, etc, so that whatever style you want we can cater to your needs. Workouts are customizable based on your fitness level, goals, and available equipment.
Yes, you can book in-person or virtual personal training sessions directly through the app or in person, making it easy to stay connected with our trainers. You can also show up whenever hybrid trainers are available from 6:30am-12 and 5-8pm. If you come in during these time windows hybrid trainers are roaming the floor training hybrid clients on their programs.
During hybrid hours, you’ll have full access to our entire gym as if you had an open gym membership. This includes all of the equipment, cold plunges and saunas.
Yes, the app allows you to track all your workouts, whether you complete them in the gym or at home, ensuring you have a comprehensive view of your progress.
It’s simple! Schedule a free assessment with a trainer to go over your goals and trainers will take care of all of the rest to ensure a program is built correctly for you.

Personal Training

Personal training offers personalized guidance, motivation, accountability, and expert advice. You’ll also learn proper form and techniques, helping you achieve your goals faster while reducing the risk of injury.
With personal training you gain free access to our hybrid training and a free open gym membership
The frequency of sessions depends on your goals and availability. Some clients meet with trainers multiple times per week, while others schedule once-weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Your trainer will help you find the right cadence for your progress. With personal training you get free access to hybrid training and an open gym membership making it easy for you to mix and match how you want to train. You can still get 5 training sessions with a coach for example by working 1 on 1 2 times a week and working out with hybrid training 3 times a week. With this you’ll only be paying for the 1 on 1 personal training sessions.

No! Personal training is for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced athlete, we can create a program that meets you where you are and helps you progress toward your goals.
Our trainers are skilled in working with individuals recovering from injury or managing medical conditions. We’ll design a program that’s safe and effective, focusing on proper rehabilitation or preventive care.
Results depend on several factors, including your fitness level, commitment, and goals. Most clients notice improvements in strength, endurance, or body composition within 4-6 weeks of consistent training.

Wellness Services

Infrared saunas and traditional saunas help to detoxify the body, improve circulation, reduce stress, and aid in muscle recovery. Regular sauna use can also support weight loss and improve skin health. While infrared gets up to only 140 degrees and heats you to a cellular level with infrared lights, a traditional sauna gets up to ranges of 170-200 and heats you with pure heat and steam.
An ice bath involves immersing your body in cold water to reduce inflammation, relieve muscle soreness, and speed up recovery after intense physical activity. It can also boost circulation and improve mental resilience. Ice baths used correctly can also activate your body’s use of brown (stubborn) fat and help release cold shock proteins that boost growth hormones and metabolism.
For saunas, sessions typically last 15-30 minutes, while ice baths are usually recommended for 3-6 minutes. Our staff will guide you based on your experience level and comfort.
Yes, our wellness services are designed to complement your fitness routine. Many clients enjoy a sauna session post-workout to relax and recover, or an ice bath after an intense session to reduce muscle soreness. You can get a massage, compression, oxygen, etc before or after a workout as you please.
Cold plunges and saunas are included in all service plans, while others like oxygen therapy, red light therapy, massage chairs, etc may require an additional fee. Please check with the front dek for specific pricing and package details.
While most people can enjoy our wellness services, those with certain medical conditions, such as heart disease, circulation issues, or pregnancy, should consult a doctor before using saunas or ice baths. Always inform our staff of any health concerns beforehand.
