Maxine blends her business background from the University of Florida with her passion for fitness. After earning her NASM certification, she joined Rift as a personal trainer. Maxine is focused on community building, member engagement, and supporting the coaching team. Staying connected with Rift’s members and staff is her favorite part of the job, and she’s driven by creating meaningful experiences that keep the community inspired, supported, and excited to show up.
