About Matt Menkhaus

Matt got into fitness through ice hockey 10 years ago and has since developed a diverse training background, ranging from Russian weightlifting and gymnastics to sports performance. He has worked with clients across Olympic lifting, rehabilitation, basic strength training, and more.

His favorite part of coaching is helping people enjoy the gym as much as he does and seeing them reach their fitness goals. Matt loves being part of the Rift team because everyone shares the same mission—supporting clients and building a community where people feel strong, confident, and excited to train.
