The coaches come around and assist with form and make sure I’m getting the most out of my unique program. The other members are courteous and friendly. The contrast therapy (cold plunge and sauna) is icing on the cake for me. You should be here!

Legit the only downside is there is not more of the gym lol - but from trainers to amenities, to cleanliness and offerings, this is a great spot to get your fitness in. The hybrid plan is a game changer for those who need guidance and support but also need a flexible schedule to come and work out - The cold plunges and sauna are the cherry on top for me. I highly recommend RIFT and will be telling anyone and everyone about this place.
