Dimitri is a lifelong athlete and played soccer overseas in Europe. After tearing his ACL, he was determined to come back stronger, and this process influenced him to study exercise science and become passionate about all things in training the human body. He proceeded to train soccer players on the field specifically for 2 years, and has now been a trainer at Rift for 3 years. Dimitri specializes in mobility training, rehabilitative exercises, and athletic performance.
